What this site is
treymotportfolio.com is the personal portfolio of Trey Motsenbocker. It exists to describe past work and to let someone describe a business process they would like help with.
Submitting the form does not create a working relationship
Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a client relationship, a contract, or an obligation on either side. It starts a conversation. Any actual engagement would be agreed separately in writing, with its own scope, terms, and pricing.
Please do not send confidential information, trade secrets, credentials, or anything under an NDA through the form. It is not a secure channel for that, and nothing sent through it is treated as confidential until a written agreement says otherwise. Describe the shape of the problem, not the sensitive details.
Accuracy of what is described here
Case studies on this site describe real work, with status labels indicating whether something is a client engagement, a personal build, or a prototype, and with stated limitations where they apply. They are written to be accurate rather than promotional. Even so, they are summaries. Results described for one client are not a promise of results for anyone else.
Content and ownership
The writing, design, code, and case study content on this site belong to the operator. You are welcome to read it, link to it, quote it with attribution, and share it. You may not republish it wholesale as your own.
Third-party names, products, and trademarks mentioned in case studies belong to their respective owners and are referenced descriptively. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement or partnership.
Links to other sites
This site links to a small number of external destinations. Those sites are not under the operator's control and their content and practices are their own responsibility.
Availability and warranties
This site is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, may contain errors, and may change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continued use of the site after a change means the current version applies.
